Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced, high end restaurant environment
• Excellent guest service skills
• Poised and professional – avoiding casual language
• Very strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills, including eye contact

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas; Clean floors
• Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
• Assist servers with tasks as needed
• Anticipate guest needs and act accordingly
• Work with kitchen/restaurant equipment (coffee brewers, juice, soda fountains)
