Twin Farms in Vermont is seeking warm, dependable individuals to join our Dining Room team as PM Servers. As a Forbes Five-Star, Relais & Châteaux property, we deliver highly personalized service in a polished but genuine style.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, fine dining, or luxury hospitality preferred; training provided.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Genuine enjoyment of taking care of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the dining experience
• Greet guests and confidently describe menu and beverage offerings
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate dietary needs, allergies, and special requests to the culinary team
• Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas
• Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables
• Assist with room service and special events as needed
• Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and Wine teams to create a seamless guest experience
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
