Fairmont Orchid seeks hospitality professionals dedicated to delivering luxurious experiences on Hawai'i Island. You will provide warm, personalized service in a fast-paced luxury setting and ensure impeccable cleanliness and ambiance to welcome guests from around the world.

You will master all F&B offerings, assist in peak times, and uphold safety and health standards. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within a renowned luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus on guest needs with courtesy and calmness.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented service mindset and energy.
• Provide required health clearances for F&B work.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique dining experiences with warm, detailed service in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a positive first impression through cleanliness, setup and ambiance.
• Maintain knowledge of F&B services, outlets and hotel features.
• Upsell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize revenue.
• Serve and deliver food and beverages promptly to guests.
• Remember guest names and preferences to personalize service.
• Comply with service standards for all F&B items.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Perform opening/closing duties and set tables per standards.
• Assist other outlets during peaks or as needed.
• Adhere to HACCP and hotel safety procedures.
• Be knowledgeable in fire and life safety procedures.
• Maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
