Job summary

Carver Road Hospitality seeks a professional Host for Carver Steak LV to warmly guide guests to their tables and answer inquiries on a fast-paced Strip setting. You will coordinate reservations, assist with coat check, and help keep the entrance area inviting and orderly.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience in a high-volume venue, a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hospitality experience required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests to their tables with a welcoming, courteous demeanor.
• Maintain entrance area cleanliness and organization.
• Take and manage reservations and verify upcoming bookings.
• Assist with coat check and guest belongings as needed.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily pre-service meetings.
• Keep menus organized and updated.
• Report damages or safety issues to management.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and professional attitude.
