Carver Road Hospitality is seeking a Host for Carversteak in Las Vegas. You will guide guests to tables, manage reservations, and help maintain a welcoming entrance. The role requires hospitality experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.

Flexibility for varying shifts is essential. You will be part of a team that delivers exceptional service in a dynamic, upscale steakhouse setting with a focus on guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous host/hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Role may include tasks requiring repetitive motion.
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Guide guests to their appropriate tables and make them feel welcome.
• Interact politely with guests, employees, and supervisors.
• Take and manage reservations; call guests to confirm reservations.
• Assist with front desk setup, opening/closing procedures, and keeping menus organized.
• Report any breakage or damage to management.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and staff training.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrance area and uphold sanitation standards.
