Job summary

Lodge Kohler is hiring a Dining Room Supervisor II to support the restaurant operations on site in Ashwaubenon, WI. You will supervise front-of-house staff, handle guest requests and assist in multiple outlets as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in upscale hospitality, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to coach hourly teams. Sign-on bonus applies; hours include weekends and weekdays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Food & Beverage experience in upscale hospitality.
• Experience leading high-volume F&B operations across multiple outlets or concepts.
• Experience supervising hourly staff and front-line leaders.
• Ability to act as manager-on-duty and own guest experience decisions.
• Proven recruitment, training, and accountability for performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front of house staff and support restaurant management.
• Manage guest requests, complaints and inquiries; communicate to leadership.
• Fill in as Dining Floor Manager when needed and operate across outlets.
