Four Seasons Resort Lana'i is seeking a Food Runner/Dining Assistant to support kitchen and dining room operations, delivering food promptly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and allergen compliance while providing friendly guest service
• Coordinate food delivery with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient service flow
• Maintain dining room cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping stations organized
• Complete opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, polishing silverware and glassware, and setting up service stations
• Assist with dining room setup and maintenance, including arranging tables and chairs and supporting team members during busy periods
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings to support guest inquiries and service standards
