Job summary

Four Seasons Lanai invites applications for a NOBU LĀNA‘I Food Runner/Dining Assistant. You will deliver dishes, maintain a pristine dining room, and support both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This on-site role requires legal US work authorization and the ability to stand long hours; the team offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, staff meals, and on-island housing options.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work across a fast-paced dining room schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food promptly to tables with accuracy and courteous guest interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house during busy periods.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, including setup and restocking.
• Support dining room setup and layout to optimize service.
• Other duties as assigned.
