• Manage jewelry repair intake and client communication for service updates.
• Support daily showroom operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records using POS systems and Outlook.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold showroom standards.

We are seeking a polished, client-focused professional to join our team as a full-time Jewelry Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a long-term career in fine jewelry sales, with a passion for delivering a highly personalized and elevated client experience.

You will work alongside a tenured, collaborative team in a low-pressure, service-driven environment, guiding clients through meaningful purchases—from engagement rings to milestone pieces.
