Job summary

Luminaire in the Bay Area seeks a Design & Sales Consultant to blend luxury design expertise with client relationship management and business development. You will advise residential and commercial clients, architects, interior designers, and developers while driving sales growth.

The role requires strong communication, design sensibility, and a proactive approach to generating new business through inbound and outbound efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• Experience in luxury furnishings/design sales.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual annual sales goals and targets.
• Develop and execute plans to generate new business in the Bay Area.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and luxury clients.
• Conduct showroom presentations and client consultations to convey Luminaire's design philosophy.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospecting through order fulfillment and installation.
