Job summary

Brabec Custom Homes in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead luxury custom home projects from preconstruction to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications to deliver precision and predictability on high-end builds.

The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of experience in high-end residential construction, strong field leadership, and the ability to operate with organization in a fast-paced luxury building environment.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience managing residential construction projects.
• Direct experience building luxury custom homes is required.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, sequencing, and field coordination.
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, and estimating platforms preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with clients and trades.
• On-site work in the Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across assigned projects.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and critical path items.
• Oversee job site quality control and enforce standards.
• Resolve field issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgets.
• Coordinate architectural plans, design documents, and specs.
• Improve pricing workflows and bid packages for trades.
• Direct subcontractor scheduling and sequencing; verify work prior to payments.
• Track project budgets and review cost reports regularly.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular updates and meetings.
• Maintain daily logs, schedules, and financial tracking; pursue process improvements.
• Utilize Buildertrend and internal systems consistently.
