Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 4a0+ years of hands-on construction project management experience with end-to-end responsibility.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, purchasing, decisions and closeout.
• Strong understanding of estimates, drawings, specifications, procurement and sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades, designers, landscape professionals and vendors.
• Ability to interpret plans and maintain detailed room-by-room and site-area tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders; proactive follow-up.

• Own full project delivery from scope to closeout.
• Coordinate with licensed contractor and design team on drawings, selections and purchasing.
• Maintain schedules, budgets and site coordination with subcontractors.
