Job summary

La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Conference Services Manager in Santa Fe, NM. You will plan and oversee group meetings, conferences, and special programs, serving as the primary client contact post-sales turnover and guiding programs from planning through final billing.

Success requires collaboration with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Finance

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in conference services, catering, or event planning.
• Luxury, lifestyle, resort, boutique, or full-service hotel experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned groups after turnover by Sales or Catering.
• Coordinate guestroom blocks, meeting space, F&B, AV, transportation, décor, and billing.
• Lead planning meetings, site visits, menus, and pre-convention meetings.
• Ensure clear communication with all hotel departments throughout events.
• Monitor events and respond quickly to changes while protecting financial interests.
• Handle post-event follow-up and resolve billing questions.
