Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a skilled Luxury Condo Handyman for Downtown Manhattan. The role supports building management across multiple NYC properties, performing general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks to keep facilities running efficiently.

Minimum 5 years in residential buildings, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication with residents and vendors are required. Full-time position with a competitive pay range and on-site work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in residential buildings and interaction with tenants.
• Experience with hardware tools, electrical equipment, and power tools.
• Understanding of BMS, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• General carpentry knowledge such as hanging doors, trim, and framing.
• Effective communication with employees, contractors and vendors.
• Dependability, good manners and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond to emergencies 24/7.
• High school diploma or trade certificate or equivalent work experience.
• Licenses such as S12, S13, P99 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of building facilities.
• Maintain and repair cabinets, counters, closets, and perform minor electric work.
• Minor plumbing repairs including leaks and fixtures; repair doors, locks, hinges.
• Report concerns to management; daily walkthroughs of mechanical spaces and grounds.
• Complete work orders through BuildingLink; communicate with residents via building email.
• Undertake duties as assigned or in emergencies.
