Job summary

Royale Company is seeking a part-time superintendent/maintenance technician to manage a luxury residential building in Manhattan. The role is live-out with a 32-hour week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am–4pm, with occasional holiday work.

You will oversee daily operations, perform basic repairs, coordinate with vendors, and respond to tenant requests, ensuring a clean, safe building. Background checks are required and some buildings may require licences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or as a superintendent is required.
• Hands-on repair skills are essential.
• Licences or certificates are a plus and may be required by some buildings.
• Background check required at our cost.

Job description
