Job summary

Hawque Protection Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to be the first impression of the property. This desk-based, hospitality-forward security role blends white-glove service with access control, CCTV monitoring, and policy enforcement.

You will greet residents and guests, manage visitor access, support tours and deliveries, and conduct routine property checks while maintaining a polished lobby environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in concierge/front desk/hospitality or security with customer service.
• Clear and professional verbal communication.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable using basic computer/tablet and CCTV/access systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs and post orders with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, polished greetings to residents and guests.
• Serve as front desk point of contact with security-minded presence.
• Manage access control: verify visitors and authorize sign-ins.
• Support key/FOB accountability and collect IDs when needed.
• Monitor CCTV and coordinate with onsite team.
