Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s South Seas Resort on Captiva Island seeks a Homes of Distinction Concierge to deliver highly personalized, elevated service before arrival, during stays, and after departure, coordinating amenities, transportation, dining and events.

This role partners with Reservations, Front Office, Recreation, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Owner Relations to fulfill guest requests, requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to coordinate across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of luxury hospitality, concierge, guest services, or related experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple departments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, reservation systems, and guest communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Arrival: contact guests, arrange groceries, celebrations, transport, dining and activities.
• Arrival/Stay: welcome guests, provide orientation, coordinate cabana reservations, activities, and experiences.
• Luxury services: design itineraries, arrange VIP experiences, upsell enhancements.
• Service recovery: address issues promptly and professionally; ensure complete resolution.
• Operational: maintain guest communications records, reports, and concierge summaries.
• Revenue: promote experiences and ancillary revenue opportunities; meet sales goals.
