Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Concierge team to ensure coverage and low missed-call rate.
• Schedule Cadillac loaner vehicles and process new vehicle inventory and dealer trades.
• Order office supplies and support dealership administrative tasks.
• Assist with special projects and broader team responsibilities as needed.
