Westminster Management in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a Customer-Focused Community Manager for our Livana East Hanover development. In this role you will lead leasing, operations, and resident relations to create thriving communities, while aligning with owners' goals and budgets.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of market rate residential property management experience.
- Experience in budgeting, payroll, and CAPEX management.
- Knowledge of tenant/landlord laws and leasing practices.
- Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Maximize property performance through cost control and revenue growth.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly variance reports.
- Drive high occupancy with pricing strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Develop annual marketing plans with owners and leadership.
- Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Train and guide staff in leasing, operations, and customer service.
