Job summary

LifestyleProperty Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain and enhance the grounds of our residential communities. You will perform landscaping tasks, debris removal, and routine upkeep to ensure curb appeal and safety across common areas.

You will also open the pool daily, manage pool area setup, and participate in daily maintenance at the assigned site. A High School degree and prior grounds/maintenance experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Experience in maintenance, grounds or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment safely at all times.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate company equipment such as golf carts and maintenance vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Removes debris from clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways and other common areas to keep grounds clean.
• Performs landscaping tasks including tending green spaces, weeding, mulching, sweeping and power washing walkways.
• Maintains cleanliness of pet waste stations and performs waste removal or trash compacting as needed.
• Opens pool daily and arranges pool furniture for the season.
• Attends scheduled work shifts at an assigned location daily.
