Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with Micros or other POS systems.
- Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and food.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests, listen to their wants, and make cocktail recommendations.
- Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Follow the food & beverage sequence of service with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with bartenders and associates in a positive, respectful manner.
- Maintain lounge area cleanliness and address spills or debris promptly.
- Adhere to state liquor service regulations and deliver WOW moments.
