Job summary

St Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for members, guests, and staff. You will operate 14-passenger club vans, support airport pickups, and cover varied routes with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must hold a valid Florida driver’s license; an active CDL is required or obtainable prior to employment. Prior shuttle or professional driving in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
Defensive driving certification required or preferred.
Experience in hospitality, country club, or luxury service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely transport members, guests, and employees to and from designated locations.
Operate club vans carrying up to 14 passengers.
Provide scheduled and on-demand shuttle transportation throughout the day.
Maintain punctual pickup/drop-off times and follow transportation schedules.
Assist passengers with luggage and mobility needs.
