Five Star Valet is hiring a Shuttle Van Driver for Port Royal Club in Naples, FL. The role drives a 13-passenger shuttle van for employees, ensuring safety and friendly service. Shift coverage runs 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with a $20/hour pay rate.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers, maintaining the van, and using maps for accurate directions. Candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Driver's license for 4 years or more.
• At least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and pass background and DMV checks.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Employees must have a smart mobile phone with internet access.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds and sit/drive for prolonged periods.
• Knowledge of safety and accident prevention procedures.
• Previous shuttle driving experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safety first during all transport operations.
• Transport assigned passengers to and from residence and work location with two continuous stops.
• Communicate accurately with passengers and coworkers.
• Provide directions, information, and services as required.
• Assist passengers by opening doors to the shuttle and clubhouse.
• Maintain the van: gas, cleanliness, daily reports, and report malfunctions.
• Use Google Maps effectively for navigation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Shuttle Van Driver at Port Royal Club

POSITION STARTING OCTOBER 1ST, 2026!

The Employee Shuttle Driver will drive employees directly to and from their residence and private club work location in a 13-passenger van. They will regularly respond to passenger questions, issues and problems regarding transportation. They must always maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor. Our top priority is safety, therefore obeying all traffic rules and regulations consistently is a requirement to ensure a safe, accident-free trip.

Compensation:

$20 per hour

Location:

Port Royal Club - 2900 Gordon Drive, Naples FL 34102

Shuttle Hours:

• 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safety First!
• Transport assigned passengers to and from residence and work location with the same 2 continuous stops
• Communicate accurately and effectively with passengers and co-workers alike
• Respond accurately and completely to give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide services required
• Open vehicles and clubhouse doors to assist passengers
• Maintain the van; gas & cleanliness; filling in daily reports and reporting any malfunctions on a daily basis
• Use Google maps effectively
• Any other duties as assigned
• Must be comfortable wearing a mask for the entire shift if requested

Essential Qualifications:

• Driver's license for 4 years or more
• At least 21 years old
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, excellent driving record and pass a background and DMV check
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, patrons and management with English language proficiency
• Employees must have a smart mobile phone with access to internet and email
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and sit/drive for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures
• Previous shuttle driving experience is desired, but not require-
