Job summary

The Hillsboro Club seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of all club facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure. The role requires hospitality experience, high energy, and a commitment to preserving our luxury property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in painting and general maintenance in hospitality settings.
• Strong painting and drywall repair skills; attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical,HVAC systems and power tools.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform ongoing maintenance of club facilities.
• Complete minor repairs on equipment and operate/maintain it.
• Maintain equipment inventory and supplies.
• Train and supervise assigned maintenance personnel.
• Develop equipment purchase specs and conduct safety training.
• Supervise shop operations and assist in director's absence.
• Attend staff meetings and perform other tasks as assigned.
