The Hillsboro Club seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of all club facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure. The role requires hospitality experience, high energy, and a commitment to preserving our luxury property.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in painting and general maintenance in hospitality settings.
• Strong painting and drywall repair skills; attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical,HVAC systems and power tools.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Details: Job Location: Hillsboro - HILLSBORO BEACH, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Hillsboro Club, an exclusive oceanfront private residence club in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Department at our gorgeous property. This position will be responsible for supervising the daily operations and maintenance of all club facilities, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and infrastructure. We are looking for someone with hospitality experience, high energy and a passion to contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.

The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.

The ideal candidate for this role must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

This is a full-time position with competitive range of $24-$26 hourly rate, issued biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, eligible employees have access to health insurance and other benefits. We also offer opportunities for advancement within the company.

General Requirements

• Oversee and perform ongoing course maintenance activities.
• Completes minor repair on equipment.
• Operates and maintains equipment.
• Maintains equipment inventory.
• Trains personnel in ongoing course maintenance activities.
• Selects, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates assigned personnel.
• Maintains parts and supplies inventory.
• Assists in the development of equipment purchase specifications.
• Performs safety orientation and ongoing safety training for all department staff.
• Supervises Maintenance Shop and runs operations in the absence of Golf Course Director.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a painter and general maintenance tasks in a hospitality/restaurant setting.
• Excellent painting and drywall repair skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, power tools, minor repairs on outlets, lamps and plumbing fixtures.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require bending and reaching.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
