Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee seeks a part-time, hourly team member to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury setting. You will greet Club Lounge guests, respond to requests, and help maintain a polished, welcoming environment throughout service periods.

Responsibilities include food and beverage prep, replenishment, and ensuring food safety standards while assisting guests with local recommendations and concierge-style support.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage or luxury hotels preferred.
• Ability to deliver personalized guest experiences with a warm, polished presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guests and team members.
• Able to stand, walk long periods and lift up to 30 lbs; assist with service setup.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Club Lounge guests, respond to requests and create a warm hospitality experience.
• Prepare and replenish food and beverage offerings while maintaining safety standards.
• Monitor lounge cleanliness and organize dining areas and stations.
• Assist guests with hotel information and concierge-style services, resolving concerns promptly.
