Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, a premier luxury property, is seeking a part-time lounge associate to deliver gracious guest service in the Club Lounge. You will welcome guests, respond to requests, and help create a warm, personalized hospitality experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or luxury hotel experience, exceptional guest service, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

What you will be doing

• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming Club Lounge guests, responding to requests, and creating a warm, personalized hospitality experience.


• Prepare, replenish, and maintain food and beverage offerings throughout service periods, ensuring quality presentation and adherence to food safety standards.


• Monitor lounge cleanliness and organization, including dining areas, buffet stations, beverage displays, and seating areas to maintain a polished and inviting environment.


• Assist guests with hotel information, local recommendations, and concierge-style services while resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, customer service, or a luxury hotel environment preferred.


• Outstanding guest service skills with the ability to create personalized experiences and maintain a warm, professional, and polished presence.


• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, leadership, and team members.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform tasks such as setting up, replenishing, and clearing food and beverage stations.


• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of Club Lounge operations and guest needs.
