Job summary

Thom Browne, Inc. is seeking a Client Expert for the New York Madison Avenue Atelier to serve as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering exceptional, highly personalized service to VIC and High-Net-Worth clients.

You will manage private appointments, wardrobe consultations, and fittings while driving commercial success across Ready-to-Wear, MTM, MTO, and Special Order offerings. You will collaborate with the Made-to-Measure Tailor and Atelier teams to ensure a seamless client journey from first

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client services.
• Proven ability to develop and retain VIC and High-Net-Worth client relationships while exceeding sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of Made-to-Measure, Made-to-Order, and bespoke client experiences.
• Excellent clientelling, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive in delivering luxury, discreet service and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual sales goals via cross-category selling.
• Grow VIC and High-Net-Worth client portfolio through outreach and referrals.
• Serve as primary client-facing ambassador; deliver personalized experiences across RTW, MTM, MTO, and Special Order.
• Manage appointment business: private shopping, wardrobe consultations, fittings, post-purchase follow-up.
• Collaborate with Tailor, CVM Team, and Store Leadership for seamless client journey.
• Educate clients on MTM, MTO, and Special Order options.
