Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion retail.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong sales mindset with experience working toward individual and boutique sales goals.
• Passion for fashion, design, craftsmanship, and contemporary culture.
• Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional presentation.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a team-first mentality.
• Confident using CRM tools, POS systems, and retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience while serving as a true brand ambassador.
• Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive outreach, styling appointments, and relationship management.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance.
• Develop expert product knowledge to confidently communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections.
• Utilize CRM tools to strengthen client relationships, drive repeat business, and support boutique events.
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, boutique presentation, and operational excellence.
• Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management, replenishment, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures.
