Job Summary:

As the Client Service and Facilities Coordinator for Jessica McCormack, you will play a vital role in ensuring impeccable client experiences and the smooth operation of facilities. You will manage all aspects of building functionality and safety, coordinate maintenance schedules, and oversee facilities staff to maintain the brand’s high standards. On the client service front, you will excel in building strong client relationships, promptly addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery that aligns with Jessica McCormack's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of building functions and ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Running routine safety inspections.
  • Corresponding with contractors.
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance work.
  • Inspecting electrical and plumbing services and scheduling repairs as needed.
  • Ensuring adequate catering and vending services.
  • Coordinating repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and renovations.

  • Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.
  • Planning and coordinating all installation and refurbishment operations.

Client Service

  • Assisting clients in person, via email, or telephone, ensuring effective communication and support.

  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing client accounts, including maintaining records.
