Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in client relations, account management, or similar role.
• Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships in luxury or premium service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional client relationships; match properties to client needs and resolve concerns with grace.
• Escalation point for client issues; coordinate with cross-functional teams for swift resolution.
• Onboard new clients and implement new programs or platforms with internal departments.
• Develop senior-level relationships to identify new business opportunities and evolving requirements.
• Translate company strategy into actionable plans that drive results.
