Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and strive to meet every need and request, delivering excellence in line with the client journey ceremony.
• Capture Customer data into the Company CRM to connect with the client and develop future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team player, foster constructive communication, and contribute to a positive working environment with diversity and inclusion.
• Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Cross-sell with all departments to maximize sales and achieve individual KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors; demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to high standards following guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.
