You will build client relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to a memorable in-store experience using the Tiffany Touch. The role requires luxury retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work varied hours to meet client demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving Commercial results.
• Ability to connect with the client.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Embody Tiffany brand in every client interaction with a personal touch.
• Develop client relationships and exceed sales targets through client development.
• Foster a clienteling culture and drive outreach growth.
• Deepen client loyalty and drive lifetime spend.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store targets.
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing relationships.
• Deliver sales through repeat client business and product pillars.
