Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Client Advisor in the United States to build relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised, elevated experience with commercial success. Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients with a passion for the brand and luxury products, becoming a product and styling expert who drives sales.

What you will do includes meeting KPIs, delivering exceptional service, maintaining luxury standards, and contributing to a collaborative store

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand to create desire and loyalty.
Provide luxury service with deep product, fashion and styling knowledge.
Guide clients through the journey to deliver an outstanding first impression, discover client needs, and close sales to maintain relationships.
Follow up with clients and deliver after-sales services to enhance the client experience.
Support daily store operations, maintain high luxury standards front and back of house, manage inventory and stockroom where needed.
Adhere to company policies and visual standards, foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
Build meaningful relationships with clients and work by appointment for personalized service to promote loyalty and incremental purchases.
