Maiden Home is seeking a Client Concierge Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients and designers. You will bring warmth, clarity, and steady judgment to every interaction, making it easy for clients to get help and ensuring requests land with the right owner quickly and cleanly.

This highly dynamic role offers visibility into the inner workings of a luxury brand. The position is based in our NY Headquarters in Tribeca, with a 9am–6pm daily schedule to support live client channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of total professional experience in a client-facing service environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication with clarity under pressure.
• Ability to triage requests quickly and route to the right owner.

Responsibilities

• Manage live client communication channels in real time (phone and chat).
• Triage and categorize inbound emails; route according to team processes.
• Provide brand-appropriate guidance with a calm, hospitality-forward tone.
• Escalate questions requiring deeper product knowledge when needed.
• Develop understanding of Maiden Home products and craftsmanship over time.
