• Highly organized and service-oriented, with the ability to anticipate client needs and support team success.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while taking ownership of individual performance.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and build long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on market trends to effectively style and recommend merchandise across channels.
• Support overall store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and maintaining company standards and procedures.
