Coach, located in Livermore, California, is seeking a Sales Support Associate III-29 for part-time hours at the San Francisco Premium Outlets. You will welcome clients, assist with purchases, and ensure smooth store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

The role requires prior retail experience (luxury preferred), strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably luxury, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap; handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom.
• Manage stock levels; replenish floor and update visual merchandising as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support Loss Prevention policies.
