Coach in Livermore, California, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate III-26 to support store operations at the San Francisco Premium Outlets. You will warmly welcome clients, assist at the cash wrap, process shipments, and help maintain a polished sales floor.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong English, and a passion for fashion. You will deliver excellent service, operate POS systems accurately, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; keep stockroom tidy.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
