Valentino Bal Harbour Boutique is seeking a Client Advisor who is fluent in Russian and English to deliver an exceptional couture shopping experience. You will master the client journey, engage with existing and prospective clients, and drive sales while meeting CRM targets.

The role emphasizes personalized service, product knowledge, and collaboration with team members to maintain Valentino's high standards of presentation and client care.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales with relevant clientele focused experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills to operate our retail POS system and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Foreign languages a plus.
• Action oriented; drive for results.
• Problem solver.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long term client relationships.
• Engage with existing and potential clientele.
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service in every phase (preparation for sale, welcome, exploration, presentation, closing, farewell).
• Aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns using clienteling tools.
• Capture client data and notes of qualitative information.
• Know the portfolio of customers and VVICs/VICs they handle.
• Strive to achieve sales, KPIs and CRM targets.
• Discover clients and guide them across brand categories.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal trends and events.
