Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury/fine jewelry or premium retail experience.
• Proven clienteling experience and ability to build a loyal client portfolio.
• Leadership experience as Key Holder, Lead Client Advisor, or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems, retail tech, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated luxury client experience on the sales floor.
• Drive sales performance and exceed individual and boutique targets.
• Inspire and coach team members to uphold brand standards and service levels.
• Partner with Store Manager to lead daily store operations and events.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, POS cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Develop and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
