Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury, fine jewelry, designer, or premium retail experience.
• Proven clienteling experience and ability to develop a loyal client portfolio.
• Leadership experience as Key Holder, Lead Client Advisor, or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency with retail tech, CRM, and POS systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver personalized, luxury client experiences.
• Drive sales and elevate client experience while guiding a high-performing team.
• Coach and motivate associates with real-time feedback and role modeling of luxury selling behaviors.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee daily store operations as needed.
• Protect brand standards and ensure consistent, elevated boutique service.
