Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a brand ambassador for luxury retail in Portland, OR. The role focuses on clienteling and delivering the Tiffany Experience through personalized service and proactive relationship-building.

You will nurture client relationships, drive repeat business, and consistently meet store targets while handling data with care and leveraging feedback to elevate the client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality with a track record of results.
• Ability to connect with clients, build trust, and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client-tracking tools, and Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service during every client interaction and appointment.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow outreach and lifetime value.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data and leverage feedback and NPS insights.
• Convert clients through discovery and styling, promoting product pillars and repeat sales.
• Support hospitality and store amenities to create unique in-store experiences.
