Job summary

AMIRI, a global luxury house, is seeking enthusiastic Client Advisors for its upcoming Valley Fair boutique in Santa Clara. You will deliver exceptional client service, achieve individual sales goals, and build lasting client relationships through expert product knowledge and refined selling techniques.

You will engage with local and international clients, collaborate with management on merchandising and store operations, and support inventory and floor moves as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• High school or equivalent education, preferred.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships with strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI including: Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT) & Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS).
• Provide best in class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by detailing the craftsmanship and narrative of products.
• Develop vast and dynamic local and international client book and network.
• Partner with store and corporate management teams to resolve client issues.
• In coordination with management, participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect assets of the Boutique.
