Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation in Honolulu seeks a Client Advisor to join a diverse team and deliver an excellent luxury client experience on the sales floor. You will support merchandising and client relationship strategies while representing the brand with integrity.

The role requires strong communication, ability to develop a client base, and flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends. You will use CRM and other resources to drive store revenue and uphold the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat.
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
