Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver luxury service on the sales floor, build a loyal client base, and help drive store revenue with an exceptional client experience. You will assist in merchandising and client relationship strategies, share product knowledge, and uphold integrity and a strong team mindset to represent the brand at every touchpoint.

Experience in premium retail, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are preferred

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency using CRM and WeChat for client outreach.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin) are a strong asset.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
