Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to support merchandising and client relationship strategies on the sales floor. You will help develop a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the luxury brand experience with integrity and a team mindset.

The role requires excellent communication, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and familiarity with CRM and outreach tools like WeChat. Brand knowledge and client service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a similar role.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong teamwork.
• Experience using CRM and messaging apps such as WeChat is preferred.
• Language skills (Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or others) are a strong asset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
