Job summary

Giorgio Armani Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor to drive store revenue and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience on the sales floor. You will execute merchandising and relationship strategies, develop a loyal client base, and share in-depth product knowledge with customers.

The role requires strong teamwork, integrity, and a passion for the Giorgio Armani brand, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for teamwork.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, etc.
• Italian/Spanish/French/Mandarin or other languages are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Develop a client base, drive store revenue and shape the brand experience.
