Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences at the flagship boutique. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcome clients, and drive sales through proactive selling and cross-selling.

You will capture and maintain client data in the CRM to nurture long-term relationships and support omni-channel initiatives. You will uphold visual merchandising and store standards, assist with stock procedures, and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

• Passion for selling luxury fashion and product knowledge.
• Experience building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, providing a personalized luxury in-store experience.
• Drive sales and meet KPIs through proactive selling and cross-selling.
• Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to develop and grow relationships.
• Support omni-channel activities and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain high visual merchandising, shop floor standards, and stock procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and liaise with the line manager when necessary.
• Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts.
