Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Connecticut seeks a Client Advisor to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction and to deliver the Tiffany Experience.

You will be an excellent communicator and trusted brand ambassador, building client relationships and aiming to exceed sales plans. You’ll work non-traditional hours as needed, demonstrate hospitality, and represent Tiffany values while delivering memorable moments for every client.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or related client experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours incl days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with POS, client tracking systems and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and exceed sales plans to drive loyalty.
• Deliver a memorable Tiffany in-store experience as a brand ambassador.
• Capture client data and contribute to sales through key product pillars.
