Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly.
• Act as ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods; complete end-of-shift audits.
